Blue light organizations present a colorful program

Get up close and personal with our heroes on two legs and four paws: Come to our summer festival at our TCRH training grounds in Mosbach and get an exclusive insight into our work and the work of many other blue light organizations and authorities.

The TCRH Mosbach of BRH Federal Association of Search & Rescue Dogs e.V. is a Education and training center for blue light and aid organizations in the former Neckartal barracks.

The traditional summer festival will take place on May 26.05.2024th, XNUMX BRH Federal Association of Search & Rescue Dogs e.V. took place together with the TCRH open day. A diverse and interesting program awaits guests from 10.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. The BRH and numerous blue light and aid organizations present themselves for young and old.

We are very much looking forward to presenting the work of various institutions from the rescue service and the world of rescue organizations to you and your families in an entertaining way and to giving you a unique look behind the scenes. Of course, we also ensure your physical well-being with food and drinks.

    In our atrium you will experience exciting lectures about rescue dogs, missions abroad, blue light organizations and the history of the BRH. Each lecture lasts around 15 minutes and the following topics are planned:

    Directions, parking and shuttle service

    The TCRH is located in the former Neckartal barracks, which many consider to be the company's location INAST and the associated recycling center is known. The address Luttenbachtalstraße 30, 74821 Mosbach is easily accessible from the residential areas of Hardhof, Bergfeld, Mosbach, Neckarzimmern and Neckarelz.

    Please note: There is no on-site parking for cars, mobile homes/caravans or buses. If you arrive in such vehicles, you can only stop briefly at our main entrance to get in and out. For safety reasons, only emergency vehicles are permitted within the site.

    We have provided on-site parking for bicycles, e-bikes and motorcycles near the main entrance.

    Hikers and cyclists

    The TCRH in the former Neckartal barracks is very good for hikers and with bicycles, motorcycles or e-bikes

    • from Mosbach via the Waldsteige,
    • from the direction of Hardhof or Bergfeld,
    • from Neckarzimmern or
    • using the Neckarsteig (only for hikers)

    Arrive by car, caravan or mobile home

    The nearest motorway exits are

    • A6 / Sinsheim (from there via B292 to Mosbach)
    • A 81 / Heilbronn (from there via B27 and B292 to Mosbach)

    There are no parking options in and at the TCRH or on the access roads! We have reserved parking spaces for all users of these vehicles in the following large car parks:

    • P1: Neckarzimmern, Bundeswehr parking spaces
    • P2: Mosbach, Waldsteige, Kaufland parking spaces

    A TCRH bus arrives at these parking spaces every half hour and takes all visitors to the Neckartalkaserne and back again.


    Arrival by rail (train, tram)

    Mosbach has three train stations:

    • Mosbach-Neckarelz, the most important train station, connection to the Neckartalbahn trains
    • Mosbach West
    • Mosbach (Baden), close to the center, S-Bahn trains on the lines S1 and S2 the Rhine-Neckar S-Bahn

    Long-distance trains stop at Mosbach-Neckarelz train station.

    The Mosbach-West train station is closest to the TCRH bus stop at Kaufland Mosbach.

    Arrival by plane or helicopter

    The nearest commercial airports are: Stuttgart Airport  (IATA: STR)  and the Airport Frankfurt  (IATA: FRA). From there there are connections via Deutsche Bahn or by car via the A8 / A81 motorways.
    It stands for small aircraft Mosbach-Lohrbach airfield available. From there there is a connection via Taxi company.
    Approaches by helicopter directly to the TCRH must be approved in advance by the TCRH.
